DT:Deus Ex: The Fall works far better with touch controls than one would think, and it offers up a lighter, if a little bare-bones Human Revolution experience. In many ways though this experiment feels like a waste, as it would really be stronger as either a PlayStation Vita game or even a downloadable console title. Until a potential port rolls along, I'd only really recommend The Fall for mobile veterans who are already acquainted with first-person games on the go.

John Bedford (Modojo): It's fair to say that after the enthusiastic reception for Deus Ex: Human Revolution on PC and consoles, gamers were clamoring for more tales told in this classic technological dystopia. Less certain is how many of those fans would have wanted a touchscreen tale set within that universe, and for pure mobile gamers what draw is there for a new installment priced at $6.99?

| Sorry Console/PC Gamers, But The Mobile Deus Ex Is Damn Good | Kotaku

Kotaku: "'We didn't ask for this.' came the cry of PC and console fans, angry with the revelation that the next Deus Ex game would be an episodic mobile adventure. They don't want to play it on their phones or tablets. It's a pity, really, because The Fall is nearly every bit the Deus Ex game Human Revolution is."

It's in the grimy streets of Panama City, in the augmented eyes of protagonist Ben Saxon, and in almost every other corner of the game as well. It makes for ...
